Each team receives one free T-shirt.  Please enter any additional T-shirts required.  Sizes small through XL are $12 each.  Sizes 2XL through 4XL are $15 each.

Cancellations:  Full refunds (less any fees) may be given until June 1. A 50% refund (less any fees) may be given until July 1. No refunds will be issued after July 1.
